What are the payment methods?

Atlashelp.ro uses one of the most common and secure payment platforms provided by Netopia. At this time, we accept payments using MasterCard and Visa only.

Are the meetings recorded?

Atlas guarantees the highest degree of privacy and security. The meetings are only between the specialist and the customer and all other data exchanged, such as messages, files of photos are encrypted.

How long does a meeting last?

Each Atlas specialist has their own method and time as well as cost may vary. Before booking a meeting it is recommended that you check the fees and duration set by your specialist. The default time unit is 30 minutes. It is between the client and the specialist when and for how long will they meet.

How do I choose the right specialist?

Simply use our “Find a specialist” section from the Clients menu, and you get access to all the listed providers. This way you can see their details and make the best choice.

What are the costs for an account?

ATLASHELP.RO does not charge any fees for sign up or maintenance. You are free to discover more about our services through our website and meet the listed specialists. You get full access to their profiles and can test the fit by messaging them before you book. For each meeting on Atlas, the platform retains a commission, displayed in your detailed invoice.

How do I get reimbursed?

Atlas uses the payment platform from Netopia. Thus we can guarantee the quality of our services and that you never have to wait for your money. Once the meeting is done, the money gets wired directly to your bank account.

Is there a required minimum of appointments per week, or per month?

AtlasHelp is designed to allow you complete freedom and control over the way you do business. No strings attached.

How many new clients will Atlashelp bring me?

Atlas is responsible for all the promotional materials and marketing strategy so that more people will be able to access your services. All the clients that use Atlas can view your profile and choose you as their next specialist. We encourage our specialists to introduce their offline customers to the platform. Atlas provides all information required to educate your clients on the benefits of online meetings.

  • Supported browsers: IE, Chrome, Safari, Mozilla (Video resolutions – browsers: 1280 x 720, 640 x 480, 320 x 240)
  • Bandwidth requirements:
    • Video: 300 kbps per stream (recommended lowest level)
    • Audio: 50 kbps per stream (recommended lowest level)
  • Accessories: webcam and microphone, in case your computer/laptop does not have integrated.
I already use other vide-call platforms with my clients. How is Atlas different?

AtlasHelp is designed to allow secure know-how and documents exchange between clients and specialists. Skype, Facetime or other available video-call platforms do not guarantee the proper environment for quality services. In the same time, the integrated payment platform means easy and fast transactions.
